Metz Culinary Management, Inc. (Metz) is once again embracing the joy of the holiday season with its cherished traditions: Holiday from the Every Day and the Merry Mixology Mocktail recipe collection. Throughout December, guests are invited to savor the season’s flavors with an array of creative recipes and festive beverages that bring warmth, cheer, and togetherness to holiday dining.

Metz has created a 12-day program with seasonal dishes that dining partners can offer their guests. Culinary partners are encouraged to serve up one holiday recipe each day over 12 consecutive days. Examples from this year’s offerings include:
- Individual Charcuterie Cups featuring smoked meats, gourmet cheeses, olives, nuts, dried fruits and crackers
- Festive Fruit and Yogurt Parfaits
- Snowmen Cake Pops
- White Chocolate Mousse Shells with piped mousse
Merry Mixology Mocktails
Metz is spreading holiday cheer with chef-crafted recipes for mocktails that add a special spark to seasonal dining.
“The Metz culinary team set out to create unique mocktail recipes that our partners and their guests can enjoy during the holiday season,” said Metz. “We invite guests to take the complimentary recipe book home and share it with family and friends. We also encourage our team members to add the mocktails to their daily offerings and holiday catering events.”
Metz’s Merry Mocktails include:
- Holiday Mojito with fresh cranberries, mint, lime and ginger ale
- Gingerbread Mocktini with cinnamon, allspice, ginger ale, topped with crushed gingersnap cookies
- Seasonal Sangria with pomegranate and apple juice, orange, lemon and granny smith apple
- Apple Cinnamon Fizz with sparkling apple juice, cinnamon sticks, rosemary, apple and pomegranate seeds
